简介获选IEEE Senior Member,中国工业与期骗数学学会数学人命科学专科委员会副主任委员,中国运筹学司帐算系统生物学分会常务理事,上海市非线性科学连系会第六届副理事长、第六、七届文书长,上海市住建委科技委科技信息与贤慧城市专委会副主任。担任外洋期刊IJBC之AE,外洋期刊CHAOS裁剪商量委员会委员,CSF之Editor,Research之AE,Frontiers in Network Physiology之AE。连年来主要开展:有限与无尽维能源系统、复杂和立地网罗调控能源学、参数识别与数据同化、因果关系以及这些表面、模子与算法在经营系统生物学、社会科学以及东谈主工智能领域的深度期骗等交叉连系责任。现已在外洋联系领域的顶级或一流期刊Nature Comm.、Nature Phys.、PRL、PNAS、IEEE汇刊、SIAM汇刊等上发表学术论文90余篇,部分禁止被Cell、PRL、PRX、PNAS、Nature子刊、Chemical Rev、IEEE汇刊等伏击期刊中的禁止援用。2011年获培植部霍英东基金会高校后生教练二等奖,2014-2019年斡旋入选Elsevier中国高被引学者(通用工程领域)榜单,2019年获寰球华东谈主数学家定约最好论文奖,2019年获上海市五一服务奖章(科创中心),2020年获上海市当然科学一等奖(排行第二)。于2019年获国度了得后生基金资助,2018年赢得国度要点研发经营要点样式首席发达东谈主,2013年赢得国度当然科学基金优秀后生基金资助,2011年入选培植部新世纪东谈主才和上海市晨曦学者经营,2012年入选上海市科技启明星(追踪)经营。
